
Spicy Goat Cheese and Veggie Flatbread
4 pieces of naan
1 red onion
3 bell peppers
1 small zucchini
8 oz goat cheese
Olive oil
Anyi Foods Cumin Chili Crisp
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Slice peppers, zucchini, and onion and toss with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper until coated.
- Arrange veggie mixture on a sheet pan
- Bake until golden brown and tender, about 15 minutes (zucchini may be ready first!) make sure to toss veggies halfway through cooking
- Divide veggies between naan slices, top with goat cheese, and toast in the oven for 2-3 minutes, until the bread is slightly crisped and the cheese is warmed through
- Drizzle with Anyi Foods Cumin Chili Crisp and enjoy!
