This crisp, crowd-pleasing cucumber salad is easy to make and big on flavor!
You need:
8-10 mini cucumbers cut into 2-inch spears
2 tbsp Anyi Classic Sichuan Chili Crisp
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 green onions thinly sliced
To make:
⁃ Season the cucumbers with 1/2 tsp salt and set aside to drain
⁃ Whisk together all the other ingredients
⁃ Add the salted cucumbers and toss to coat
⁃ Enjoy!
